Meet your Yoga instructor Pamela Nieto

Pamela Nieto is the founder of The Giving Tree, a yoga and experience-focused program dedicated to connecting little one’s minds, bodies & hearts. Pamela has a deep love for children, a passion for wellness and holistic health, as well as a desire to build community. Pamela was an anxious child who didn't have the tools to cope with everyday stressors. She started thinking how much it would have helped her with school, sports and social activities. This is why her mission today is to empower children by teaching life skills and giving them tools to help them thrive. Pamela has over 20 years of experience working with children in different settings and is a certified adult yoga and children’s yoga instructor.

 

Family yoga is held on Saturdays from 9:30am-10:15am at our downtown Jersey City location.
