Our Team

Pamela Nieto
Little Foot Program Director

Pamela Nieto is the founder of The Giving Tree, a yoga and experience-focused program dedicated to connecting little one’s minds, bodies & hearts. Pamela has a deep love for children, a passion for wellness and holistic health, as well as a desire to build community. Her mission today is to empower children by teaching life skills and giving them tools to help them thrive. Pamela has over 20 years of experience working with children in different settings and is a certified adult yoga and children’s yoga instructor.


Carolyn Giambusso-Yi
Director of Program Development

Carolyn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been a therapist working with children, adolescents, and families for over 10 years. Carolyn joined Footprint in 2019. She wrote and currently runs the Seeds of Change program and is excited to be part of the team developing the Little Foot Children’s Wellness Center programming! Carolyn is a mother of two boys and lives with her family in Hudson County. 


Rachel Khan-McCroy
Director of Outreach

Rachel is a mother of two young girls, and has been with her husband for 15 years. She lives in downtown Jersey City. Rachel has been with footprint since 2020. She graduated from the NYU Silver School of Social Work in 2013, and did a fellowship in Palliative and End of Life Care. Her first job ever in high school was being a camp counselor.  She also helped run a after-school program in NYC during college.  Rachel has been a vegetarian since she was 11 years old, and is one of five kids. She runs the “Let’s be Friends” group.
